I was the first person from Manipur State tribal community to be the top at India’s Central Agricultural University in B.Sc in Agricultural Science. Having studied in New Zealand, I have a Diploma in Sustainable Horticultural Science at Unitec Institute of Technology, Auckland. Furthermore, I have an M.Sc in International Rural Development (distinction) at the Royal Agricultural University, United Kingdom. I have worked for the New Zealand Ministry of Agriculture& Forestry (Auckland and Japan) and the United Kingdom’s Environment Agency and Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA).

An experienced International Development Consultant in Agriculture and worked on a biofuel project in India and several seminars with the World Vision of India. Dynamic and a driven individual with a natural leadership with visionary ideas, I have a can-do attitude, and enthusiasm. Strong communication which strengthens my interpersonal skills, stakeholder engagement and networking. My passion is capacity development in bringing the best out of individuals’ strengths to the benefit of community development for mutual vision and goals as joint legacy for the generations to come.
